This is a great product. Running tubes on my road bike, I get my share of flats. Ninja pump has got me back riding every time. Recently, during a hasty grab for the pump, I tore the rubber strap that holds it. The pump returned to the clip securely and made it home without the strap. Contacting, PDW, they sent me a new strap for free and threw in a rebuild kit for free! Awesome company that totally stands behind their excellent products!

My first flat with this pump resulted in a ride abort. The section you need to unfasten to use a Presta valve was so tight when shipped from the factory that it could only be opened with a wrench and pliers which you don't typically have on a ride. Test it before you ride. It's nicely made and it's probably great if you test it at home first.

I purchased this pump because it is compact, light versatile and looks great. Like others, I had some issues loosening the valve to fit a Presta. I contacted PDW and they promptly sent me a replacement. Cool products + great service = formula for customer loyalty. I will be buying more gear from PDW. Thanks!

Tested but on schrader setting using an adaptor on presta valve. Great. On road, some months later, puncture, BUT had not packed small adaptor and the unit was so tightly fastened that I could not twist by hand to get the presta setting. Hence, useless. Saved by another cyclist. In garage later, needed both spanner and pliers to get the unit unlocked. Greased, works fine now. However, lovely finish now gouged. Still, alloy. So, great unit, but fully test and grease or maybe persuade factory not to super tighten the Schaeder/presta adaptor.

I decided to get this pump after nearly being stranded after managing to get 2 flats and running through my co2 canisters during a recent century ride. I had ordered through amazon, through what turned out to be a third party seller, and the nozzle was stuck to the pump. I contacted PDW and they gave me great service over the and sent me a replacement right away, even though I had purchased the pump elsewhere. My replacement pump works like a charm. The co2 control switch is intuitive, and the handpump part provides peace of mind in case I get another flat after running out of cannisters. Plus, the pump itself is small enough to fit in my jersey, or attaches conveniently to the mount that's included.
