Join us for the only 100-miler in Colorado Springs! Ring the Springs is an epic journey with strenuous mountain climbing AND a city-wide tour through the best parks and open spaces Colorado Springs has to offer.
Don't be fooled--the steep vert in the first half tops out on Mount Rosa, but the second half still offers close to 7,000 feet of climbing. Runners start and finish at the historic Rock Ledge Ranch at Garden of the Gods.

The climb factor for a course is the percentage of your energy used in hill-climbing compared to the energy expended running the flats.
This course has a climb factor of 16% over 99.2 mi, which means that the energy expenditure for the run is equivalent to running a flat 114.7 mi.
