There is a detailed discussion in a long thread available via the link in my signature. It seems they have withdrawn their ads from Amazon.ca, though I haven't checked on Amazon.com. With my background in electronics, I instantly realized the BMS needed to be removed; even my 3-year-old could have done a better job. Ugh, it's frustrating to even recall.

Please go to Amazon and review your issue regarding the blown BMS and two leaking cells (include photos). This might make them more inclined to address the problem. They did refund me $300 USD for their mistake, which barely covered my repair costs.

While you can swap out cells, matching them can be challenging. My cells are AYOUPOWER 174AH, which are now discontinued and no longer listed on their site. The closest available is the 180AH, but they aren't available for retail. You'll need to identify your cells by locating all markings and researching them online. QR codes might be helpful.

I'm preparing to build two more packs with Deligreens CATL 200AH cells, configuring two 24V/200AH packs with 8 cells in series using BMS8T BMS. Unfortunately, the Chinese New Year shutdown has temporarily delayed my plans.
